I forgot to post about our trip to the Washington beach! It was a ton of fun. We olny went for 3 days due to other commitments but it was a blast. We manged to get very good beach weather for this time of year. It was 1 super stormy day, 1 transition day and one really sunny day. That is a spring time trifecta for the coast for sure!The kids were popping in an out of the dunes for hours at a time. The water was cold byt our dog is brave :-)
Over all it was a very nice get away for how far we traveled. I can't wait again until next year to hopefully do it again :-)
